Q: Can I take the certification course even with no prior knowledge of the bar industry?

A: Yes. The curriculum starts from scratch and requires no prior knowledge.

Q: Do I need to be 21 to take the certification course?

A: You can take the certification course if you are 18 or over.

A: Your courses are listed on the My Account page after you’ve signed in to your account.

Q: What should I bring to class?

A: All you need to show up with is a notebook to write in. All course materials will be provided on the first day of class.

Q: What if I cannot make one of the class dates?

A: Students must notify us of any scheduling conflicts. Students will have the opportunity to make up any missed material.

Q: How can I change my account details?

A: Sign in to your account. Visit the My Account page and click on Edit for any of the sections of information you want to change.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

A: If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click here and password reset instructions will be sent to the email address you provided when you created your account.

Q: Why is my account is locked? How do I unlock my account?

A: If your account is locked, it means you’ve entered the incorrect login information too many times. This is a security measure to ensure fraudulent attempts are not made to access your account. To unlock your account, email the administrator at admin@aliststartenders.com to reset your account.
