Fantastic school, run very enthusiastically by a talented and dedicated owner. Greg answered the phone when I was still shopping around for bartending schools in mid-April of 2016. After a conversation with him and a look at the comprehensive website, I was sold. The school is certainly worth the commute (I was coming from the Midway airport area every day, 5 days a week), and I learned more in this two week course than I thought was possible. The price is good, too, and he keeps the classes small so students get a more personal lesson. Classes are fast-paced, engaging and fun! Greg can walk the walk and talk the talk, and he teaches his students to do it, too. Be prepared to study in your free time, too!
