It exceeded my expectations on a regular basis, day after day because the program doesn't rest. Each and every day is another step. I would have hated to miss a day, catching up and keeping up would have been difficult, but not impossible. My expectations weren't just exceeded, they kept changing. When I thought I had something down or knew what was next, you'd hit us with something completely new or a completely different schedule than I had personally planned on. This kept me on my toes, a lot like real bartending does. You threw in a lot of unexpected fun aspects as well, which for breif but important moment in the course distracted me from the attention and work I was putting in. Again, keeping me on my toes.
