A List Startenders jump started me right past dishwasher and bar-back, straight to bartender. This two week course provided impeccable training. So much, that when I was given my first opportunity to bartend, I felt completely comfortable behind the bar because of the extensive hands on training I received. I have yet to regret this investment and I doubt I ever will.
