When I first joined the school I thought all we were basically learning was mixing drinks. Instead we learned how to mix drinks with confidence, learn how to change it up based on knowledge of the brands. I learned how to use a POS system that acutally benefited me in the long run!. You actually helped me have more confidence in interviews where I walked in acting like I was already a bartender for a year. It was just a great experience I'd do all over again. In just two trys based off what you taught me I have a weekend job with good pay. And I actually can mix drinks that taste good lol
